Self-Love Coaching

The journey of self-discovery can sometimes feel lonely and overwhelming.

As though you’re spinning your wheels and getting nowhere; exhausted and unsure where to turn.

Through Self-Love Mentoring, you have the opportunity to connect with me for an
expansive 60 minute session.

You’ll receive support, clarity and guidance in a safe and confidential space.

This is an opportunity for you to turn up your volume, shift narratives, declutter your mind, and get yourself back on track.

Coaching session details:

Cost: $100 CAD

Duration: 1 hour

To prepare for our session:

  • Please find a private, quite space for our call

  • Have a pen & paper ready for notes

Terms and Conditions:

  1. If you do not answer our call at the time of your appointment, I will give a 5 minute grace period and will call back within that time frame. If there is still no answer after the 5 minute grace period, you will be considered a no-show. No shows are non-refundable.

  2. All completed calls are non-refundable.
